The minimum monthly invoicing, refers to a minimum amount that your invoice will contain on a monthly basis. The amount is a minimum fixed invoiced amount.
All merchants at OGOship are affected by this change in their terms of agreement. But if you are shipping approximately above 100 shipments per month, your probably won't notice a change at all. The amount is based on an average value of 100 shipments / month.
The amount is the same for all OGOship merchants, and is based on an average value of 100 shipments / month.
We will consider all products, services and concepts that are invoiced of each client during each calendar month towards the minimum invoicing amount. If the sum of those does not reach the minimum amount, we will add that difference in the following month's invoice.
Note: minimum monthly invoice amount is calculated before VAT.
If you out of some reason do not meet the minimum invoicing requirements, the difference is added to the following month's invoice.

The minimum invoicing amount is calculated monthly per client, not per store. So all of the stores are added together to reach the minimum amount. If the sum of those does not reach the minimum amount, we will add that difference in the following month's invoice
The minimum monthly invoicing will be in effect on the 1st of December, 2022.
