Customer Success Agent

We are looking for a Customer Success Agent who speaks Finnish and English to join our growing and developing 3PL company.

What is OGOship?

Simply put, OGOship is an ambitious third-party logistics growth company. Our customers are online merchants, who are outsourcing their goods handling to our warehouses.

In December 2018 we had two warehouses and served the Finnish market for our growing number of e-commerce merchants. Two and a half years later, with 7 warehouses in 5 different countries, we can cover most of the EU with our Local Like-deliveries. As our business develops there are many new exciting opportunities still coming. 

Customer Success in OGOship

As a Customer Success Agent, your role is extremely important since you will have a strong influence on the success of our customers. 

This role exists to help our customers to get a smooth start with us and maximize their knowledge in OGOship’s solutions. To be successful means you are able to juggle between problem-solving, consulting, coordination, and communication in your daily work. You will help the customer in the onboarding process, from signing the contract to shipping successfully goods from our warehouse. This happens via live demos, phone and other customer interactions. 

A great match for us would be a customer service and problem-solving minded young professional, who wants to be part of a great company in the growing process of being global. Although daily work comes in many shapes, the results are easily measured by our customer's happiness.

A must for this position is excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills.

The Customer Success team is rapidly growing, and in the future, there will be possibilities to advance to more specialized positions. Your office is located in our new 10th-floor office in Tripla, Pasila. You may also work from our Tampere office next to the Tampere railway station.

Role Focus

  • Onboarding new customers: You will be the first point of contact for the new customer teaching them how to use our software and assist with integrations and operational setups. You are a crucial part of the customer's flow from signing the contract to becoming a happy customer. 
  • Problem-solving: You will be looking for solutions together with our sales team. 
  • Communications: You will be the person to communicate with both the customer and different departments within the company.

Your skills and background

  • Experience in customer service minimum 2-3 years.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English. Fluency in Swedish is a big plus.
  • Experience and competence in problem-solving. 
  • Great communication skills. 
  • Good IT-skills.
  • All e-commerce and logistics-related experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • All integration-related experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
