Customer Service and Invoicing Agent

We are looking for a Merchant Care Agent who speaks Finnish and English to join our growing and developing 3PL company.

Merchant Care in OGOship

As a Merchant Care Agent, your role is extremely important as your role is to support our customers and to ensure the customers are satisfied with our services and that we provide them with a seamless customer experience. The other side of your role is also to handle the technical side of invoicing.

This role exists to provide our customers excellent customer service, helping them with their daily questions, solving their problems and communicating with different departments within the company, as well as external communication with the courier companies. To be successful means that you are able to juggle problem-solving, consulting, coordination, and communication in your daily work. You will be the contact point to our customers and your goal is to provide them with professional, problem solving minded customer service. 

Technical invoicing requires strong motivation to be precise. Sometimes invoicing will require solving problems regarding warehouse invoicing questions as well as customer invoicing. This role is a cross-team function as you work with the Technical team as well as the Financial team. This role requires combining data from different sources.

Although daily work comes in many shapes, the results are easily measured by our customer's happiness. While the focus of the role is to ultimately handle customers queries individually, we still greatly value teamwork in our company.

A must for this position is excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills. 

The Merchant Care team is rapidly growing, and in the future, there will be possibilities to advance to more specialized positions.  We offer a permanent full-time position with flexible working hours and the possibility to work partly remotely. Your office is located in Tampere next to the train station with good connections. 

Role Focus

  • Providing excellent customer service to our customers.  You will be the contact point for the customer when they need help with their orders or have any questions about our services or solutions. 
  • Problem-solving: You will be looking for solutions together with the customer and our warehouse and logistics partners.
  • Multitasking and communications: Solving the more challenging issues requires communication with different departments within the company, as well as external communication. You will need to be organized with your work and be able to keep a cool head in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Work as a member of technical invoicing: Combine data from various sources.

Your skills and background

  • Experience in customer service minimum 3-4 years.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English. Fluency in Finnish or German is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Experience and competence in problem-solving. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload independently.
  • Great communication skills. 
  • Good IT skills, a keen eye for excel files.
  • All e-commerce and logistics-related experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Experience in invoicing is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • All integration and tech-related experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
