The basis of our offering is the warehouse operations and the logistic deals offered to our merchants. KPIs for these operations are transforming from a mandatory overseeing tool into an asset for bringing more data to our customers. 


We are now looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in Sweden to build this change. 


The person in this position reports directly to the Head of Operations and will be working in the very core of our offering. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the product offering and KPI’s on the operational side for our Swedish and Dutch warehouses. 


To excel in this role you need to have a strong belief in management by data to understand the status quo. You are detail-driven as a person and have the ability to multitask between multiple errands during the day. You are able to work under pressure and are able to produce creative solutions if need be to reach your target. 

You also possess soft skills to interact and build a close relationship with warehouses and logistics companies. 


What your average day might look like


In a fast-growing company no week is exactly the same, but it would probably contain:


  • Overseeing and improving your warehouses core operations jointly with warehouse partners by measuring and monitoring decided KPI’s
  • Adding and fine-tuning our logistics and warehouse offerings together with warehouse contacts and freight companies
  • Producing guidebooks of the warehouses offerings, thereby further specifying our product
  • Building and overseeing operational processes




  • Proven history of 2-3 years working with and achieving numerical KPI’s
  • Experience and competence in problem-solving
  • A degree in the fields of Economics, Logistics, Business or Industrial Engineering and Management
  • Experience from working in the 3PL industry (logistics, warehousing or related fields) is seen as an advantage
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, any additional language (particularly in Dutch) is considered a big plus
