With the holidays approaching, I took a moment and reflected on 2022. And what a year it has been! A year full of surprises and changes.

It all began pretty normally as a new post-Covid year but turned into a year of conflicts and financial upheaval. Since the war in Ukraine began resulting in the increase in energy prices, the retail market started suffering, directly affecting the eCommerce market. Exciting to see, many of our customers were still able to expand and grow their businesses, and I want to congratulate all who have been able to succeed in such a rough environment!

Like we promised, this year we at OGOship have been able to achieve so much development, more than during previous years. With an already extensive warehouse network with global coverage, we have expanded it further with new locations in Germany and the US, not forgetting additions in advanced robotics warehousing. We also launched completely new features like the post-purchase portal and the CO2 dashboard to help you grow your business.

What the future holds

With 2023 on the horizon, we will soon be adding more new features to our post-purchase portal with the goal of creating the perfect post-purchase experience for the consumer, and with sustainability at heart, we will be developing our CO2 analytics into actionable insights that enable our customers to become aware of their CO2 footprint and to provide ways how to reduce it. We will be providing more analytics features to improve our customers’ eCommerce unit economics. Not forgetting further expansion of the warehouse network. There is much to look forward to.
